To prepare for an online coaching sessions:

  • Download Zoom / Skype software and set up an account on each platform.
  • Contact me to receive the relevant questionnaire you need depending on which service of mine you’re using.
  • Complete the questionnaire, then scan and email it back to me.
  • If we’re doing physical sessions, have 4 head-to-toe photos taken of yourself (front, back and both sides) standing on a level surface. Close your eyes, breathe in and out, open your eyes, then have the photo taken. Prepare your area in front of the computer to allow me to clearly see you move.
